Rage. Jacked up my right shoulder/triceps on push press today. I'll live, but frustrated with the injury. I should have stopped at the first initial pain but kept going anyway. Dumb.
140x4.5 - last one was too painful to lock out
Rest of the session was left arm only
1 arm db press
1 arm overhead db extension
20x12/10/8 - a lot stronger than before
1 arm triceps extension w/cables
Still irritated, but i know whats wrong with my form now i think. elbows are all flared out, pointing in and down at the bottom. Not 100% sure what presses should look like (will be looking at videos) but fairly certain this is wrong.
