Guys thanks for the thoughts on this, Matt you are correct these are similar to rack pull ups. And as far as adding pull ups into my workout they are there.
Here is my workout with an A/B and I alternate them, so one day I am doing workout A then workout B.
A) Squats 5x5 B) Squats 5x5
Bench Press 5x5 OHP 5x5
Inverted Rows 3xF Deadlift 1x5
Push ups 3xF Pullup 3x F
Reverse Crunch 3x20(started at 3x12) Prone Bridges 3x 45seconds
Have started alternating push ups and dips and pull ups and chin ups
