I'm not doing the strongman competition in August because I can't get a ride out to where it's located and nobody that I know is competing there. I'm switching back to powerlifting as my emphasis in the gym, but will continue to do periodic strongman/weightlifting stuff. My next PL meet will probably be in November, either IPA or WNPF.

Angled Standing Calf Raise:
12,11,10,9,8 with 180
3-4 sets of 6 with 220
3-4 sets of 7 per side with BW
^ The reverse hypers and the wipers were performed as super-sets.
- I can't remember whether I did 3 or 4 sets with each of those last two movements.
