Bench day today went very well. A little nervous since my workout partner (aka my girlfriend who deadlifts more than most of the guys in the gym) had job interviews today, but was able to get spots on the last two sets so all was well.
135x5 - warmup
190x5 - PR for reps last rep barely touched my shirt, but i'll still count it
205x1 - just wanted to see how it felt, and it felt light and controlled
120x10x5 - had to rest pause the last rep of the last set.
55x3x2 - ugly on the second set but 50 is too light
135x7 - didnt feel right today
