Weigh in today. 253.8 Down .2 pounds. Not much, but after everything I ate last night, I'm impressed I lost at all. Headed into the next town over to do dinner with my parents and my pops had been smoking ribs all day. So I ended up eating
4 big beef ribs
1/2 rack of baby back pork ribs
12 oz new york strip
16 oz ribeye
mushroom and cauliflower "risotto" - worked surprisingly well
This is the problem with eating at my parents. They keep pushing food at me and even though I haven't lived at home for about 10 years, its almost impossible not to accept seconds/thirds, mom's 3/4 of the steak she didnt want, etc. Damn good food though, and picked up a few more smoked chickens for dinner tonight.
