Axle (Thick Bar) Clean & Press: 4 sets of 3 with 180
^ I did one clean and three presses per set.
- My left wrist is too aggravated from the axle work, so I'm probably going to alternate between log C&P and behind-the-neck press/jerk, week by week.
Sumo Deadlift: 1,0,1 with 508
^ I don't think there was enough rest time between the 1st and 2nd sets. Also, the bar was grinding my left thigh on the way up my leg, especially as the weight got heavier. I should've used a singlet and baby powder. I probably would've been able to do 515-525.
- Before this session, I hadn't done the sumo deadlift with any significant weight in years. The 508 was a PR, but since it's been a very long time, the PR is nothing special because my conventional pull went up a lot too.
Two-Hand Preacher Curl: 3 sets of 6 with e-z curl bar + 60
Glute-Ham Raise: 12,10,8,6 with BW
