Pretty typical day for me
B-fast - Coffee, 8ozs fruit, 12 ozs. meat or salmon, 8 whole eggs, tallow, vitamins
pre-training - 1 egg, 1/4 cantaloupe, cup gunpowder green tea & mate'
post-training - 10ozs. cherries, 1.25lbs. of meat, tallow, 8ozs.chopped veggies
dinner - 1.25 -1.5 lbs. of meat or fish, 10ozs. mixed veggies in tallow
On shopping day I grill off a few (5-10#) pounds of meat so I always have meat in the fridge ready to go.
I cook dinner every night.
