dont know about easy go to meals. I tend to do all my meals the night before, but i snack on cheese triangles and sliced ham quite a lot

I have been a bit off the wagon with the diet lately, no excuse just laziness, but I am hopefully back on track now.

I find the food for low carb great, but it does take a bit of thought and preparation. I think the hardest part is coming up with different meals rather than just meat salads and omellets lol
