I will start by giving you guys a typical day of eating for me, I am still trying to get into a routine after being laid off from work.
Wake up: Preworkout, Razor 8 and protein shake with added bcaas on my way to the gym
Post workout: AA Rehab w/ v8 fusion
Breakfast: 6 egss and usually a couple slices of bacon if I have it
Mid afternoon: usually another shake
Next meal: Leftovers or something easy on the grill: burgers, brats
Dinner My big meal: Steak or chicken, or burgers with vegetables done on the grill
