145x12+1 decided to finish these out
5 sets of 10 finished but struggled on last 2 reps of last set
barbell calf raise
ball crunches with 9 lb dumbell super setted with Leg lifts on power tower.
Ball crunches with 9lb dumbell over face reaching for sky= 2x20
Leg lifts= 2x15
Before the work out I started out with 3 scoops of Scivation's NOVEM pre work out mix. (good stuff)
Then did 5 minutes warm up on the Elliptical followed by 20 bw squats ATG. Bar x10 atg squats, 95x5 atg squats. Then on to the work out. This was a good session, I struggled on Bench press after mondays extra bhtnp reps and then again today getting the extra rep on the last set. It showed a lot on the last rep of bench and dips. STILL an A+ work out in my book.
