Overhead Squat Lock-Out:
1 set of 1 with 205
^ 4th hole from the top of the rack
- This was new for me. I worked up to a max single. I'm probably good for more in the near future, now that I'm accustomed to this partial lift.
Zercher Good-Morning w/ Cambered Squat Bar:
3 sets of 5 with bar + 180
Supine Floor Press:
4 sets of 2 with 165 + 120 chains

Unsupported Seated Floor Press:
3 sets of 1 with 165 (10lb PR)
