Chest was swole and looking thick as hell

So I had to go easy again as my shoulder is just wrecked but still I have to push some weight

I decided to use my smith machine that pivots for a real feel but the lock out for safety ( golds gym axis ) look it up

Anyways went flat bench no more that 200 lbs

I did high rep sets of 15-20 reps per set for 8 sets
Followed by some good ole old school BB rows
Again lighter weight but yet slow and controlled high reps
Felt great

Incline DBS high reps and some ring pull ups

Last I did some calves


My whole body was feeling the pump

Also seems as if I am getting more sits on the back and shoulders from the DAA
At least I know it's working lol been nice and aggressive with the weights for the most part

Legs on Wednesday

I will be Mia next week with out much Internet but will up date ASAP
