THanks AL, I usually dont go past the 1 rep per session on exercise's because I dont want to jump to fast. I had a lot of energy yesterday and have been thinking that I could go more anyways so I went for it. Truth be told I could have done 12 reps for all 3 sets on BHTNP but chose to just do 2 extra on the first set and 1 on the others so that my bench would not suffer to much. Im glad I did not go all 12 , I may not be able to work out wensday if i had
