TOday has been a bulking day. I have eaten everything in sight for some reason, Steak this morning that was left over from last night.(3am) scrambled eggs , sausage links on wheat bread sanwhich at 6:30 am, almost a whole bag of almonds though out the day just snacking even though I know better and thenat 1pm I had 2 pork chops ,green peas and corn.
On a positive note, I should set some knew best tonight on work out. STAY TUNED!
