I'm easing back into these. The reason being I can Box Squat a house (not really, lol), but my Full ROM Squats need some improvement. So, I set my 1RM low and based my working set percentages off that lowered 1RM. I hope that this makes some sense.

135x10/10/10/10/10 ~Overhand grip brought high to the chest targeting upper back and rear delts (my problem area)
