so ive decided to post some offseason pics. here's my story:
i've been training for 5 years now. im 5'9 and when i first started working out i was 125. im now right at 190-195. i am a true ectomorph. gaining muscle and fat comes extremely hard for me. im completely natural (no juice, PHs, fatburners ever)
ill critique myself before everyone else gets a chance so you know what i'm trying to work on
. my chest is small. im working on putting size on my arms, especially my triceps in particular the long head to give them more of a hang in my double bis shots. my back and shoulders are relatively strong points for me. im really trying to thicken my legs up and put some serious size on my hamstrings.
