I just ran quick search and apparently it's hard to find info on how he trained. All I found was that he reportedly ate 5 pounds of meat alongside 2 gallons of milk per day and apparently had a lot of rest days. If I had to guess about his training regimen it probably involved all three big lifts once a day MWF and then assistance exercises like bending steel girders, beard grooming, and eating nails.
