Bodybuilding Show cutting for the 2011 Cardinal
Well today starts my cutting for Guest posing at the INBF Cardinal Classics. Now this isn't a cookie cutter nutrition plan like you get in books,magazines or some one setting you up without a 6 month detailed food log and photo's. Them are for general weight loss.
This has been designed for me and the way my body reacts with what foods.
I weigh all my food and liquids, never go over or under the set macro's. I weigh myself first thing in the morning after I empty my baller and such. This is the best and more true body weight.
Starting out, Bodyweight = 151
I will be doing 1 re-feed a week and I have picked Tue as my re-feed day. This will be a 100g raise in carbs with leaving Pro and Fats at the same level. I will post start pic's later today in this post as a Edit.
