I have some serious goals for 2010
Graduate college, and get a decent job
Do a powerlifting meet
Do another powerlifting meet
I want to test my maxes again before I start posting goal weights because I plan to add some serious weight to my lifts this year.
One big goal is a 1400 total and with my current lifts I am at 1265 but this includes box squat and I think this week I will test my free squat.
I will post my actual goal weights this upcoming weekend.
