Look forward to seeing your progress in here mate, its gonna be epic.

The routine looks rock solid (as you would expect from Park), personally though I wouldnt necessarily change just because 3 months are up. i would run the initial part for as long as possible, then the second part for as long as possible, to really milk the progression out of it.
