I expect my bench and push press to progress. Deadlift and squat I'm not sure since I have to layoff them for awhile. Goals are still the same tho:
1 PPS BB Curl
2 PPS PUsh Press
3 PPS Bench Press
4 PPS squat ATG and to rep it.
5 PPS Deadlift
Those are some awesome goals. There is no denying that you are a strong man once that has been achieved. Keep smashing and you'll be there in no time.
