Day three details ( posting from phone )

I started out with incline bench press . I noticed my shoulder was irritating my a bit so I did not go as heavy as I would have liked . It seems as every year my shoulders have this issue .

That was pretty much my workout taking it easy on my shoulder
I had a nice solid pump that lasted a few hours


I took 4 caps of the Agmatine 30min pre workout and drank half of a carbo force (50grams carbs )
