Default The Metabolic Diet

Has anyone ever read the metabolic diet by Dr. Di Pasquale?

It seems as though he is one of the only people that has written about low carb and powerlifting. Most resources refer to low carb and bodybuilding. I would love to read this book but it is way overpriced, its like 50 bucks. I just do not think that is worth it to read about how I should eat low carb and then have a cheat day.

I believe that is the basic idea that he writes about. just want to see if anyone has read any of his stuff.
