Thought i would give a quick update...
It seems as though mu body doesnt mind carbs (like i thought it did). i have been watching what i eat. Eating relatively clean, making sure i get a lot of protein, but carbs whilst still low, have not been removed altogehter. Some days i eat a lot of them, some days i dont and I seem to be losing weight AND fat quite well.
I weighed this morning and I have lost another 1.5 lbs and another 1/4 inch off the waist

Now 5 weeks later I am..
thats 9lbs and 1.25" of the waist. My strength is as it was then and the amoutn of fat lost off the waist would make me think that i havent lost any (or much) muscle (chest is down about 1/4-1/2")... obviously this is gonna get harder as i go along, but so-far-so-good
