Default 12/14/09 Chest / Tri's

This week is my alternate week, switch from Full body to 3 day split.

Today’s workout felt good, however I do feel like I could have done more. Meaning its time to bump the weight up a little say 5 maybe 10lbs on most lifts.

Anyway here’s the scoop:
The format below is

Sets x Reps x Weight i.e. 2sets x 5reps x Weight used.
Also weights have been converted from Kg's to pounds, so if they look a little funny that is why.

CHEST
Incline Bench Press
2 x 5 x 175lbs
1 x 5 x 190lbs

Flat Bench Press
3 x x 12 x 175lbs

Decline Bench Press
1 x 8 x 175lbs
1 x 8 x 155lbs
1 x 8 x 165lbs

Dumb Bell Flies
3 sets x 40 x 22lbs

TRI’S
Tri Pull Downs
1 x 5 x 90lbs
2 x 5 x 78lbs

Skull Crushers** I sux at these going low to work on the ROM
2 x 12 x 65lbs
1 x 12 x 45lbs

Kick backs
3 x 40 x 22lbs
