all im going to say is:
with a power rack, barbell, plates, and a bench i could get one hell of a workout! this is all i plan to use on my new program (besides useless pec dec just for the hell of it).
these are the essentials.
some extras are pull up bars (either door frame, or you can make one very cheap(i did)), dip station, DB's.
