2010 is going to be a year of building for myself. It is all about nothing but putting mass on my frame. I'm not overly concerned with seeing my abs this year, but I'm not going to just let things go either.

Lifting goals I'm shooting for are, at a minimum:

Squat 350
Deads 400
Bench 325
Rows 225
Presses 210


2010 is merely an interim year of building. I actually have a multi year plan already in the works. See that "Evil Plan" down in my sig area. Thats not a joke. I've never failed to complete anything in my life when I put my mind to it. This plan will not be the first.
