Since Friday I have been landscaping, lugging around tiles and rolls of instant turf, laying it down, digging up grass, clearing sections hauling large bags of crap around.
In all a decent workout over those 3 days, but my food intake was off. Too busy trying to get things done to really eat right but hey.
Also Saturday night was my work Christmas party - Bollinger on arrival at $120 a bottle - Had to have a few of those, plus some red wine and some beers
Hard physical labor on a hang over...... not recommended.
Back at it for my 3 day split this week, starting with Chest and Tris.
