I've got several different goals!
deadlift 230kg x 1
squat 150kg x 1
bench 110kg x 1
these will be quite a stretch but i think if i work hard i can manage it
martial arts :
finally sit and pass my first dan in tukido as i have been delaying it for the last three years!
start gi bjj and hopefully get a few stripes on white belt
these should be achieved assuming i stick with them both!
