Ladt night was a cold mofo in the garage . I started out with standing behind the neck shoulder press for 12 reps X 95 lbs then went to the front for another 8 reps x95 lbs
then with 12 lb DBs did side lat raises till failure with strict form


did 5-6 sets and I was cashed out . I then moved to curls str8 bar 95lbs till failure ( around 12 reps )

drop the weights and go str8 into front lateral DB raises with 40lb dbs to failure. Drop the weights and go to lying tricep ext with DBs . 25 lbs to failure

As soon as this was over Moved to rear delts sis a couple of movements for 4 sets and called it a night
