Monday Week 2 Power
Pump was off the charts today! Focus was crazy and I was in the gym (my garage) to do one thing, tear up some weights. And tear up some weights I did! Good workouts, nice muscle fullness/hardness and intensity. I did dose it at 2 scoops which seems to be the sweet spot for me. Looks like at this pace with me only lifting 4 days a week, I should be able to get this week and one more to finish up the log/review.
