you aren't the only one brother what I notice is that most gym newbies around here think that they don't need to have a routine...so they end up doing just chest and bi's 6 days a week and wonder why they aren't growing. What is even more disturbing is that coaches, trainers and self proclaimed gurus aren't too far behind this curve.
