I been doing Korte's routine which has you squatting benching and deadlifting 3 times a week, as we speak my bench and squat is at the all time high, and I'm projecting a new deadlift pr at the end of the cycle, which i been unable to do for over 3 years. Also, perhaps most importantly no injuries.
