Yesterday evening's Max Effort bench session concluded my first week of AMS's Triangle Stack. Last night's training was one of those "I can squeeze my training in at this time" sessions, I decided to go ahead and train at approximately 800PM. I took the stack and in less than fifteen minutes I was pumped and ready to go. The amount of energy and focus for this w/o was awesome and the DOMS are becoming less noticeable, the Body Mortar I am assuming.
