1x8, 30kg dropped the weight cause I changed from cables to dumbell

2x8, 64kg

Standing Press
W, 33kg
2x8, 26kg

Barbell Curl
W, 36kg
2x8, 26kg

Close Grip Bench Press
2x8, 43kg

Reverse Wrist Curl
1x8, 18kg

I used to do this workout in 50-55min. Today it was 40min tops. Gotta keep up the pace
