1x8, 30kg dropped the weight cause I changed from cables to dumbell

Deadlift
2x8, 64kg

Standing Press
W, 33kg
2x8, 26kg

Barbell Curl
W, 36kg
2x8, 26kg


Close Grip Bench Press
2x8, 43kg

Reverse Wrist Curl
1x8, 18kg

I used to do this workout in 50-55min. Today it was 40min tops. Gotta keep up the pace
