Female Bodybuilders, a simple analysis

Here are 3 of the largest natural females I have profiled in the last several years. (Pictures are in order below)

--Stephanie Foley. 5'4", 128 pound contest weight
--Christy Resendes. 5'5", 132 pounds contest weight
--Kim Landry-Ayres. 5'2", 116 pound contest weight

A 5'5" MALE bodybuilder has the upper ceiling of around 173 pounds ripped contest weight, give or take a hair. Christy Resendes is about 40 pounds under the male.

Also, it becomes somewhat apparent that the "4 pounds of muscle per inch" generalization stays pretty true for women as well.

So, if you want to keep it simple, a female could reach about 40 pounds less than a male at the same height.
