thats good..the best thing you can do if you really want to see if things are working is taking pictures of your progress just for you to see the progression. That helped me a lot. Recipe wise - I kept most things pretty simple. Usually just seasoned my chicken and baked or grilled them. Also bought sirloin steaks and grounded them up to make sirloin burgers. can't really think of anything right now at the top of my head.
Main thing just make sure you are progressing where you want to be going. keep strong and get shredded.
