Fridays workout was good with great pumps, focus, energy and stillloving the taste. I ran with 2 scoops and I'm thinking this is my sweet spot. Still getting some nice body tingles.

The workout program I'm running is P/RR/S last week was week one of power. I am going to redo week one and count last week as a starting point and move all weights up from here.
