B4ULS - Lower B - Week 1 - Round 1
Deadlift - 95x12, 135x6, 140x6, 145x6
Hyperextensions - 3 sets of 10
Leg Press - 555x10 - 3 sets
Leg Extension - 195x10 - 3 sets
SM Calf Raises - 83x6 - 3 sets
Seated Calf Raises - 150x15
Haven't done DLs in a long time so I started off light finding my weight. Next week I'll start with 145 and progress from there. Movement was smooth and solid. I start each rep with the weight on the floor. If I ever get a camera I'll take a video for a form check.
Everything else went great.
