B4ULS - Week 1 - Round 1
Barbell BOR - 95x12, 135x6 - 3 sets
Wide Grip Pull Down - 11th pin x10 - 3 sets
Bench Press - 105x12, 180x6, 180x6, 180x4
DB Incline Press - 30x10 - 3 sets
EZ Extension - 83x6 - 3 sets - PB
Shrugs - 150x10 - 3 sets
Decent work out. I haven't done some of these movements in a long time so I'm still figuring out my weights (esp. DB Inclines).
Shrugs felt great, but I was a little weak on the last bench set. Was sure I'd get them all. Next week!
