BCAA mostly are a base to trigger Protein synthesis/muscle sparing. Thus sparing muscle tissue when you work out and burn stored fat and carbs as fuel. Its not intended to be a jump in your face I feel better sup even though some products lead you to believe it.

Some sups have a underline use, like Glutamine. Heck I take it for my nerve health but it is promoted for other things.

This is were people need to do research on things in non body building sites were you get results non bodybuilding related and have a sup company add on the next page for there version.
