I do not think it is too much, you are very young and I believe you should take advantage of your youth while you have it. I did a 20 rep squat routine once and I did breathing squats 3 times a week (I did not know they were called breathing squats at the time), but I did it 3 times a week without much of a problem, but you will probably need a break from it after a few weeks.

You should feel it out, and see how your body reacts to the breathing squats.
