From what I am aware of when you are doing these Crossfit routines - Fran, KinKong, Ape Sh1t Warrior or whatever, The weight has to be heavy and explosive.
When I was doing a lot of Circuit training we would do one called the titan it was
1) Heavy Clean and Press
2) Muscle Ups
3) Oly Ring Push Ups
And that shit would kill me - 5 rounds of that and I was like holy shit.
And yes those pull up that tard was doing are called Kipping, I HATE Kipping, I also hate BS cheat pull ups or Thrusting.. DO them Strict or dont do them
