damn didn't think it'd get this many posts ha this is awesome.
i'm thinking about sticking with the program i'm on now till the new year so i can push all my lifts to the limit with this program, take a week off, then hit the 20 rep squats hard.
on another note, i like grims revisions on the program on this forum so that you don't bench and shoulder press every workout (3 times a week) i'll be doing this one
Look out the the log starting the beginning of next year. gonna be sick
