that guy who fell was funny... I do agree with max though, some of those guys are deceptively strong and it would be an ace way to do cardio. In general though it sucks cos of the idiots that do it, guys with no strength base doing stuff they dont really understand because it is a 'fad' or whatever. If you have a look at the records that some of the higher levels guys have though and the weights they pull they are freakishly stong AND fit. In the nationals though remeber I am sure handstand pushups are on rings and all squats have to be below parallel and they hav a minimum foir things like squats cleans of body weight. Thats pretty strong by any normal standards.
