For leg curls you need to set up a bench at right angles to the dumbell rack, loop and tie the band(s) off on the rack at bench height and then get someone to hook the band(s) over your feet and away you go. The further away the bench is, the harder the curl.
You can also do them single legged whilst sitting on the bench facing the rack and pulling your foot back underneath you.
