I simply like routines that aren't isolation heavy; primarily the routines that aren't bicep and chest obsessed.
I agree, but I am curious if he's had injuries in some of those muscles he doesn't directly work. Obviously wrestling is a bit different than powerlifting or strongman but I wouldn't wanna be sidelined because of pulling a hammy or a bi due to preventable weakness.
