This week has been a little crazy with traveling around and having multiple rugby practices in the intense heat. Got a real good workout in on tuesday. Probably won't be working out again this week until we play some games on friday. The USA sevens coach will be there so as a team we want to impress more so then as individuals.

(started by doing what my buddy had been doing but slowly took it back to my workout)
Squats with Calf pulses

225x7 with 60 lb db each hand x50
245x7 with 65x 50

215x5 PR went up easy!

Great workout in my book. counted the 135 as a warmup i guess or just lost track of the sets i was doing lol.
