Personal review of Extreme Kettlebell Workout
A 4-set DVD by Steve Cotter.
This is primarily about upper body workouts and warm-ups.
Primarily about lower body warm-ups and workouts.
There is a selection of abs and core workouts, consisting of 2 circuit workouts and 3 10-minute core workouts of which one is done standing.
3 workouts: 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 58 minutes (from what I recall of the longest one).
Very good workouts, with a workout that Steve Cotter himself follows; if the others don't "kill" you, that one is sure to do so.
The one thing I did not like in the longest workout is that Steve Cotter makes use of 2-4 bosu's which many people, if not all people, will not have access to; this means that the couple of exercises that he does in that part of the workout are inaccessible to others, to a degree. But, other than that, still a very good workout and there would certainly be ways to work around the bosu "section" by doing the exercises without the bosu (some would work) or by replacing the exercises with something similar, or just incorporating another low intensity KB exercise in their place.
