I heard an interesting point not necessarily about energy drinks, but pre workout formulas which really made me think. Since, pre workouts are basically energy drinks I thought I would throw this in here.
Pre-workouts claim to give you crazy pumps, but stimulants cause your blood vessels to constrict. So, they kinda cancel each other out. The N.O. dilates your blood vessels, but the stimulants constrict your blood vessels. Lets here some opinions on this
